Delivery Zones

 

Shipping and/or Click & Collect options are dynamically generated at checkout based on your event location, date, and order value. These options will be itemised and will include the delivery/collection method, along with a security bond where applicable.

1. Standard Delivery / Collection (FREE)

  • Ground Floor/Street Level.

  • 4-hour delivery window with a 30-minute call prior if required.

  • Example: A residential address where we park in your driveway or on the street, and unload directly to your front door or porch.

  • Available on orders over $150 in hire value.

2. Premium Delivery / Collection (Calculated dynamically at checkout)

  • Applies to CBD, Docklands and Southbank orders and locations requiring special access.

  • Includes loading bays, elevators, stairs, ramps, or any other indirect street access (e.g. more than 20 meters from parking to drop-off point).

  • 4-hour delivery window with a 30-minute call prior if required.

  • Example: A Collins Street address with a loading bay where we need to use a goods lift, stairs, ramps, or other impediments to access the delivery point.

  • Available on orders over $100 in hire value.

3. Click and Self Collect (FREE)

  • You collect and drop off your order at our Brunswick East location.

  • Available on orders over $100 in hire value.

Important Delivery Info

  • We deliver Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7.00am-4.00pm. If you require delivery outside of these times (eg. weekends) or at a exact time please contact us prior to get an accurate quote and availability. We collect all hire orders Monday each week.

  • We offer pre booked click and collect Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm.

  • You do not need to be home to receive your delivery. We can leave the item in a safe place, such as on your porch or verandah.

  • If you're unsure about which option to choose, please call us at 0409 201 771 or email us sales@partyhireshop.com.au before placing your order.

  • Please choose the correct delivery option - if unsure please call to check with us prior to ordering. The security bond may be used to cover any additional costs incurred if the wrong delivery option is selected at checkout, or critical information regarding delivery access is withheld. We endeavour to pick this up at time of order and will contact you to clarify if required.

  • For hire order deliveries deviating from the above options or within 72 hours or your event please contact us prior to making your hire order.
